5th April - Water gardening with Jo McKerr & Jason Mitchell

On the 5th of April, Jason will be joining Jo McKerr, a landscape designer, for a one day workshop on water gardening. The workshop will cover:

• Ecological and environmental functions of water within a garden.

• How to marry aquatic ecology with the aesthetics of the water garden.

• Pond dipping and biological indicator species as a way of understanding aquatic ecology.

• Managing waterways with an understanding of them as an evolving habitat.
